Intuitive. grounded, intentional.

Get To Know Julia Meyers, MA, AMFT, APCC.

I’ve always felt deeply and noticed what others overlook: the subtle shifts in tone, the unspoken dynamics, the patterns underneath the surface. Living with that level of awareness has been both challenging and a gift. It’s taught me how essential clarity, boundaries, and real understanding are.

That’s what led me here.

I became a therapist because I believe people don’t need fixing; they need space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of their inner world without being judged or rushed.

Clients often describe my presence as “big sister energy.” I’ll sit with you in the hard things, name what feels confusing, gently challenge what isn’t aligned, and help you trust yourself more deeply. I pay attention to what’s said, and what isn’t.

Our work together is thoughtful and insight-oriented. We’ll look at the patterns in your relationships, your reactions, your self-talk. Not to overanalyze, but to understand. From that understanding comes clarity. From clarity comes confidence.

My goal isn’t just for you to cope better. It’s for you to feel grounded in who you are, aligned with your values, and steady in your decisions.

If that resonates, I’d love to connect.

My Training & Education

Since i’ll be asking about you, here’s a little bit about me:

I am a big believer in intuition.

I’ve always relied on my gut: in life, work, and relationships. Tuning into my instincts helps me make clear decisions and stay aligned with what feels right.

I love exploring psychology.

I’m endlessly curious about what drives people, how emotions shape experiences, and what helps us grow. Learning about human behavior inspires both my work and my perspective on life.

I never skip self-care.

Whether it’s skincare, cozy routines, journaling, or a quiet night in, caring for myself is a regular part of my routine. It helps me stay grounded, balanced, and fully present for my clients, the people in my life, and myself.
