About jULIA MEYERS, AMFT & APCC

You deserve to be seen, heard, and validated.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience—why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. From an early age, I often sensed what others were feeling before they said a word. That sensitivity, combined with my own life experiences, shaped my path toward becoming a therapist. I knew I wanted to create a space where others could feel truly understood and supported.

Being the oldest child in my family, with one younger sibling and several younger cousins, being a big sister and cousin is a core part of who I am. Looking out for others, listening deeply, and creating a sense of safety have always come naturally to me. My clients often tell me I bring “big sister energy” into the therapy room, which means you don’t have to filter or overexplain. You can come as you are, and I’ll meet you there.
