Therapy for Brains That Think Differently
strategies that fit your brain, not the world’s expectations.
I’m neurodivergent too: I get what it’s like to have sensory overwhelm, executive function challenges, or a brain that processes the world differently from what society expects. It can feel exhausting when routines, expectations, or social norms constantly clash with how you think and operate.
I work with neurodivergent clients who process information differently, think in nonlinear ways, and navigate intense mental energy that doesn’t fit the standard world. Therapy with me isn’t about masking or forcing yourself into a mold. It’s about understanding how your brain actually works, identifying strategies that actually stick, and creating routines, habits, and spaces that match your focus, energy, and way of thinking.
Your brain isn’t broken; it’s just wired differently.
What This Work Looks Like
Understanding your brain: Learn how your neurodivergence shows up in your daily life
Practical strategies: Build systems, routines, and hacks that actually work for you
Emotional awareness: Navigate overwhelm, burnout, and intense emotions
Confidence & self-understanding: Embrace how your brain works instead of constantly fighting it
Traditional therapy often doesn’t match how your brain works. What helps “most people” can feel impossible or exhausting for you. Neurodivergent therapy meets you where you are: practical, realistic, and designed for brains that think, process, and experience the world differently.
why neurodivergent therapy matters
work with someone who gets it
I’ve been there: I know what it’s like to feel distracted, scattered, and burnt out. Therapy with me is about exploring how your mind works, discovering strategies that actually stick, and building a life that feels manageable, capable, and tailored to your brain.

FAQs
-
Neurodivergence refers to brains that work differently than what’s considered “neurotypical.” This includes ADHD, autism, learning differences, sensory processing differences, and other variations in how people think, feel, and process the world. Neurodivergence isn’t a disorder; it’s a natural difference in brain wiring. Many neurodivergent people experience heightened creativity, insight, sensitivity, and depth, alongside real challenges in focus, regulation, or overwhelm.
