  • Yes. All sessions are conducted securely via Zoom for clients across California, providing flexible and convenient access to therapy from the comfort of your own space.

  • Yes, I offer group, couples, and family therapy. These sessions provide a space to explore relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges together.

  • Our first session focuses on understanding your goals, experiences, and unique needs. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and begin outlining a tailored approach that supports growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.

  • Individual sessions are 50–60 minutes. I also offer family, couples, and group therapy and sessions are typically 60- 75 minutes, depending on the format and needs of the participants.

  • I offer standard rates as well as limited sliding-scale spots. I am an out-of-network provider, and I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement. Please contact me directly for current rates and to talk through any questions.

  • I offer flexible scheduling, including late afternoon, early evening, and select weekend sessions. You can schedule a session directly through the booking link or reach out to coordinate a time that works for you.

  • I request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and supports continuity of care.
