Yes. All sessions are conducted securely via Zoom for clients across California, providing flexible and convenient access to therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Yes, I offer group, couples, and family therapy. These sessions provide a space to explore relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges together.

Our first session focuses on understanding your goals, experiences, and unique needs. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and begin outlining a tailored approach that supports growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.

Individual sessions are 50–60 minutes. I also offer family, couples, and group therapy and sessions are typically 60- 75 minutes, depending on the format and needs of the participants.

I offer standard rates as well as limited sliding-scale spots. I am an out-of-network provider, and I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement. Please contact me directly for current rates and to talk through any questions.

I offer flexible scheduling, including late afternoon, early evening, and select weekend sessions. You can schedule a session directly through the booking link or reach out to coordinate a time that works for you.

I request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and supports continuity of care.
