  • Sessions are $160, with sliding scale availability for clients with financial need.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted securely via Zoom for clients across California, providing flexible and convenient access to therapy from the comfort of your own space.

  • Our first session focuses on understanding your goals, experiences, and unique needs. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and begin outlining a tailored approach that supports growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.

  • I offer flexible scheduling, including late afternoon, early evening, and select weekend sessions. You can schedule a session directly through the booking link or reach out to coordinate a time that works for you.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and maintains continuity of care.
