Therapy with me is grounded, honest, and intentional.

I listen carefully. I track patterns. I notice the shifts in your tone, the themes in your relationships, the ways your nervous system learned to adapt. Together, we make sense of how your past experiences are shaping how you think, feel, and respond now.

I work best with people who are self-aware, sensitive, and used to holding a lot internally. We slow things down, not to overanalyze, but to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface. We gently untangle what no longer fits and strengthen what does.

Our work is reflective and practical. Insight is important, but so is integration. We focus on changes that feel aligned, sustainable, and real in your everyday life.

This is a space where you don’t have to over-explain, perform, or shrink. We build discernment. We practice self-trust. And we move forward with clarity.
