Who I Specialize in Working With
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults, teens, and couples who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, ADHD-related stress, or feeling emotionally disconnected in their relationships.
They often want therapy that helps them understand—and actually shift—the deeper patterns driving these experiences.
Many of my clients are emotionally intelligent, responsible, highly sensitive (HSP), and often INFJ-leaning or deeply intuitive, yet internally exhausted, self-critical, and unable to fully relax without guilt.
When This May Not Be the Right Fit
This practice may not be the best fit if you are:
Looking for insurance-based services
Seeking crisis or emergency care
Unwilling or unable to attend weekly or biweekly sessions
This practice is not appropriate for individuals experiencing active suicidal intent, unmanaged substance dependence, psychosis, or those needing immediate crisis support. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 or your local emergency services.
If one of these areas feels most central for you, you can learn more here:
Explore by Primary Concern
ADHD, attention differences, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or feeling mentally “on” all the time
Therapy for Highly Sensitive People (HSP)
Highly sensitive (HSP) traits, emotional intensity, overstimulation, and learning how to regulate your nervous system in a world that feels like “too much”
Therapy for Gen Z, Teens, & Young Adults
Gen Z stress, identity overwhelm, pressure to figure everything out, and navigating relationships, emotions, and self-worth in a high-expectation world
This May Be a Good Fit If You…
Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally “on” all the time, even when nothing is technically wrong
Overthink everything, struggle with mental spirals, or feel like your mind doesn’t know how to slow down
Are highly sensitive (HSP), emotionally deep, INFJ-leaning, or very attuned to energy and emotions around you
Get easily overstimulated by social situations, emotions, noise, expectations, or too much input at once
Are self-aware but highly self-critical, often holding yourself to internal standards that feel hard to relax from
Have ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) and experience burnout, distractibility, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty staying grounded
Struggle with people-pleasing, over-explaining, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions or reactions
Feel disconnected, misunderstood, or like you’re “functioning well” externally but struggling internally more than anyone realizes
Want therapy that goes deeper than coping skills—focused on nervous system regulation, emotional patterns, ADHD support, and understanding how you actually work internally so change feels sustainable, not temporary
My Approach
My work is insight-oriented and relational, with a focus on Gen Z clients who are highly sensitive (HSP), neurodivergent, INFJ-leaning, or deeply intuitive and often experience emotions, relationships, and internal pressure more intensely than those around them. I use attachment-based, Emotionally Focused, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, overstimulation, people-pleasing, and persistent self-doubt.
This is not a short-term or surface-level fix. The focus is on emotional insight, nervous system awareness, and lasting change through understanding yourself more deeply and shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.

In Simple Terms
I provide online therapy for Gen Z, young adults, and highly sensitive (HSP), neurodivergent, and INFJ-leaning clients in California. Many of my clients are intelligent, self-aware, and high-functioning on the outside, but privately struggle with anxiety, overthinking, ADHD-related overwhelm, people-pleasing, overstimulation, and feeling emotionally disconnected or misunderstood.
My work focuses on identifying and shifting the deeper attachment-based, emotional, and relational patterns behind these experiences using insight-oriented, psychodynamic, and Emotionally Focused (EFIT-informed) approaches. This is ongoing, depth-oriented therapy designed for clients who want meaningful, lasting change, not just symptom management, but a deeper understanding of themselves and how they relate to others and the world around them.
